Parker & Sons is currently seeking an Water Treatment Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best vendor experience every day. Our Water Treatment Administrator will help with the day to day needs of our water department to support and assist in their success. Tuesday - Saturday Schedule.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Handle all aspects of Costco retail program administration including, but not limited to:
    • Entering Centah leads in Service Titan
    • Creating Centah lead numbers for AG generated appointments
    • Completing call Costco leads in Centah
    • Run payments in OMS
    • Process Refund forms for Costco payments
    • Costco job tracking (Excel packet spreadsheet)
    • Responding to and closing out Costco escalations
    • Daily Centah audit
    • Handle customer shop card inquiries
  • Various administrative tasks including answering phones and emails. May assist with outbound calling or building installs.

 

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong phone skills and have the ability to engage / redirect - keep customers happy
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word; can learn our windows-based Service Titan software
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus, but not required
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills - assertive as well as easy-going, friendly demeanor that transfers through the phone to the customer
  • Capable of functioning in a rapid-paced environment and prioritizing daily responsibilities
  • Have the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base including customers, vendors and coworkers
  • Must be comfortable making, taking & redirecting calls
  • Must be a self-starter that is motivated and can work independently
  • Must ensure customer reporting is completed with accuracy and detail

 

Minimum Qualifications (continued:)

  • Positive attitude & willingness to pitch in and help others
  • Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
  • Positive, customer centric attitude
  • Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our organization’s reputation and culture

 

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery (copier/printer, etc.)
  • Constantly operates office machinery, such as a computer, phone, copy machine, printer.
  • Constantly communicates with management team and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
  • Constantly works in an inside office setting
