Our warehouse associates are responsible for receiving, storing and distributing materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Schedule for this role: M-F 600am-2:30pm - Some OT required

What Will I Do?

• Maintain oversight of inventory transactions between technicians and warehouse stock.

  • Mandatory schedule for this is 6am-3:30pm.
  • If exiting W/H area please make sure another P&S warehouse associate is on sight to maintain technician service.

  Responsible for Monitoring all Inventory items to be picked in Warehouse.

  • Preferably this is done daily, before meeting days (Tues-Thurs) and after stock picking trucks.
  • Required to work with Co-workers to maintain an acceptable faced to back stocked ratio.
  • General cleanliness and presentability of Warehouse.

  Picking of Truck Stock replenishment requests and bin maintenance.

  • Pull items for Trucks assigned to employee while also maintaining the cleanliness and order of his bin assignments.

  Cleanliness of all Ferguson return areas.

  • This includes cages next to Scratch and Dent area as well as Flex return behind W/H.
  • Responsible for loading of cages and return materials on Thursdays or when Ferguson truck arrives.
  • This will be done after the mandatory W/H oversight schedule is completed or a co-worker is maintaining oversight of South Warehouse.

  Assist in additional tasks when asked by Supervisor.

  • General duties could include movement of materials or cleanliness of Parker facilities based on project at hand.

  Use of Internal combustion Forklift

  • Unloading Stocking pallets to be signed for and staged in tear down areas.
  • Loading of units or pallets to be taken by Vendors or Parker and Sons associates.
  • Transport trash bins, recycle or other waste materials to proper disposal location.

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift license
• Data entry, attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible to work overtime and on weekends
• Ability to travel to various warehouses as needed
