Parker & Sons is currently seeking a Payroll Processor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Calculate bi-weekly commissions and leads
  • Review invoices and timesheets for earnings
  • Verify layouts received for technicians in our POS system
  • Enter and verify all time for daily commission calculations
  • Process final timesheets for terminated technicians
  • Verify payroll amounts were entered/calculated correctly prior to each pay period cut off
  • Enter all new hires in to paysheets

 

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook skills
  • Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
