What You’ll Do

You won’t just install equipment—you’ll solve real problems for real homeowners. Every day brings a new system, a new challenge, and a chance to make someone’s water (and day) better.

  • Install and service residential and light commercial water treatment systems
    (water softeners, whole-home filtration, reverse osmosis systems)
  • Work on and install  various plumbing components including pressure reducing valves (PRVs), pressure vacuum breakers (PVBs), recirculation pumps, and whole-home smart valves
  • Diagnose issues, identify product failures, and perform warranty replacements with confidence
  • Provide accurate estimates and recommend effective, long-term solutions
  • Build trust with customers by clearly explaining options—no jargon, no confusion
  • Create professional proposals using ServiceTitan and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Collect payment, close out jobs cleanly, and deliver a top-tier customer experience
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures—because doing it right matters

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

 

This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, thinks critically, and doesn’t cut corners.

  • Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience, specifically with water treatment installation and service
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills—you can spot issues others miss
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (you can explain things without sounding like a manual)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Commitment to getting the job done right the first time
  • Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 100 lbs (with or without proper equipment)
  • Comfortable working in outdoor conditions—Arizona heat included ☀️
  • Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and at moderate to high elevations
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
