Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience required.
- Basic computer skills required, including the ability to use a tablet, laptop, smartphone, and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to complete and pass a background check and drug screen
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and pride in maintaining orderly vehicle lots and presentable vehicles.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Ability to work comfortably in all weather conditions.
- Ability to move throughout the interior of vehicles and repeatedly get on and off trucks and vans.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, shop vacs, and similar tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in fleet, yard, wash, and parking lot environments.
- Regular exposure to changing weather conditions, vehicle traffic, and active work areas.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, driving, and moving between vehicle locations.
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles and safely get on and off trucks and vans.
