Overview

Parker and Sons is currently seeking an Electrical Sales Consultant to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Consultants act as in-home advisers to consult, design and sell Electrical options to homeowners with the potential to earn $100k-200k plus with warm leads. This is 100% commission with an hourly base of $30 during training and ramp up.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do?

  • The Electrical Sales Consultant will self-generate leads and secure new business through marketed or technician leads, effectively manage a sales pipeline and new opportunities, provide clients with knowledge for design, installation practices and safety.

    • Review, read and interpret design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
    • Provide proper designs for electrical, gas and generator systems.
    • Develop quotes within existing CRM software and company pricing.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and metrics.
    • Support internal and external sales influencers.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

    • Proven work experience as an electrical salesperson.
    • Advanced experience in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential electrical
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills
    • Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes
    • Experience working with inspectors to finalize permit requirements.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Clean background and MVD record
