Overview

Parker & Sons is currently seeking Sales Representatives to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Sales Representatives listen to the needs of our customers, contacting current and previous customers to set appointments for past due or current recommended maintenance. You will also be offering services for our different department to proactively generate future business, working with customers to determine the best equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Timely follow-up on company provided leads
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule overdue, present, and future recurring services.
  • Establish customer rapport, ask open questions to determine the customer's needs
  • Present the right products and service solutions
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
  • Responding to and booking jobs requested through online lead sources such as Home Advisor, Angie's List, Home Depot, and the Parker and Sons Website.
  • Scheduling jobs on inbound calls from customers, technicians, and in-field Appointment Generators.
  • Performing common Customer Service tasks such as confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling currently scheduled jobs, running payments for invoices, setting up service contracts, deescalating and resolving complaints, sending invoices, and answering customer questions.

 

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

 

  • Candidates must have attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • 1+ year of call center and telemarketing background preferred
  • Strong communication skills and high energy/enthusiasm a MUST!
  • Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus!
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
