Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in our retail partner stores. This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible!

 

Our Sales Lead Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department.

 

Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $19.50-$30.00/hr plus.

 

We offer both PT and FT positions, starting at 20 hours per week. One weekend day is required.

 

This is not a remote or call center position.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • This role is NOT an in-office role.
  • You will be working inside of a retail store and required to be standing/walking for 4-8 hours at a time.
  • Work in the retail stores, engaging customers to discuss their home service needs
  • Explain features and benefits of the various products and services for product lines such as HVAC, Water, etc.
  • Schedule appointments for us to visit the customers home to provide FREE estimates for replacement of equipment or for other product and services.
  • Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team and staff
  • Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
  • Speak with multiple customers in our retail partner stores, walking the stores, and building relationships
  • Meet sales and KPI goals

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

 

  • 1-2 years of in person, retail customer service experience
  • Prior sales or lead setting experience a plus, but not required
  • Required to be standing/walking for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
  • A+ communication and customer service skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and available to travel to any store within assigned district
  • Must have the ability to use smartphone or IPAD utilizing email, text, Microsoft Teams and Outlook 
  • Must be able to pass background check (no preemployment drug screen required)
