The HVAC Call-by-Call Supervisor position will report to and work directly with HVAC Manager in the creation, delivery and monitoring of sales training, designed to provide the ultimate customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Directly responsible for driving department revenue as well as technician sales growth
• Optimize lead performance across all departments
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promotion of the “triple-win”
• Learn, understand and implement the Parker and Sons Service System based on Nexstar
• Work hand-in-hand with dispatcher and Field Supervisor to maximize every job
• Facilitate twice a month team training on the Service System
• Conduct skills practice (role play) with the team
• Be able to demonstrate & model the Service System
• Track and monitor KPI’s of all techs assigned to you
• Monthly one-to-ones with every technician assigned to you
• Regular ride-along with technicians assigned to you
• Troubleshoot technician call-process and prescribe specific action items to address deficiencies
• Create performance improvement plans for under-performing technicians to be reviewed by
management
• Manage and perform Call-by-call duties with technicians to improve
performance
• Review curbside evaluation forms daily in Service Titan and provide feedback as needed
• Review options created by technicians daily and provide feedback as needed
• Regularly debrief with supervisor to be on the same page regarding individual technicians’
performance
• Collaborate with other call-by-call supervisors and management to come up with training
curriculum
• Be available for your team during your regular workdays including into the evening. Weekend
duty is required, but on a rotational basis
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 years’ experience involved with the HVAC trades (being a Tech not required)
• Intimate knowledge (or willingness to gain this) of the Nexstar Service system
• 1 year experience coaching technicians
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test

Additional Expectations:
• Be supportive of the HVAC Field Supervisors direction with technicians where applicable
• Review the dispatch board to ensure optimal job assignment and provide feedback to the dispatch
team when applicable
• Be available to assist dispatch with decisions regarding assigning the opportunities
