Parker & Sons is currently seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best vendor experience every day. Our Insulation Administrator will help with the day to day needs of our Insulation department to support and assist in their success. Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Insulation HD Daily Audit & Compliance
• Sales Reports
• Audit Finance Documentation
• Coordinate Installs
• Processing Financing (Funding)
• Install Confirmations
• Enter Technician Schedules
• Manage Insulation Capacity
• Invoice Audits
• Misc. Administrative Tasks
• Back up for other Admin.
• Support Customers with Questions
• Support Salesmen and Technicians
• Support Supervisor Teams
• Train new sales techs in financing

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


• 2-3 years of relevant experience helpful, not required
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn our Service Titan software (Window based)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, including technicians, customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Have attention to detail and ensure accuracy with all tasks and reporting
• Ability to ‘think on your feet’- have solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must bring a positive mindset to your team and specialty department
• Maintain out “Whatever it Takes” company culture
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision at times
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
