• Insulation HD Daily Audit & Compliance
• Sales Reports
• Audit Finance Documentation
• Coordinate Installs
• Processing Financing (Funding)
• Install Confirmations
• Enter Technician Schedules
• Manage Insulation Capacity
• Invoice Audits
• Misc. Administrative Tasks
• Back up for other Admin.
• Support Customers with Questions
• Support Salesmen and Technicians
• Support Supervisor Teams
• Train new sales techs in financing
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience helpful, not required
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn our Service Titan software (Window based)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, including technicians, customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Have attention to detail and ensure accuracy with all tasks and reporting
• Ability to ‘think on your feet’- have solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Must bring a positive mindset to your team and specialty department
• Maintain out “Whatever it Takes” company culture
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision at times
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
